Celebration Real Estate

Celebration is a master-planned community, located in West Osceola County, FL. It is home to over 10,000 residents with over 4300 homes. Celebration Real Estate is varied and beautiful. There are several different villages and areas that make up Celebration: North Village; Celebration Village; West and East Villages; South Village. Also, Aquila Reserve, Artisan Park, Roseville Corner, Spring Lake and the more recent addition of Island Village.

Property types range from condos and townhomes to single-family homes and luxury estate homes.  You can also find 1/2 duplexes too.  There are bungalow style homes, garden, cottage and village homes, together with manor and estate homes. Celebration does not permit short-term rentals although there is a boutique hotel called the Bohemian in the downtown area. There is even a contemporary condo-hotel called the Melia. This offers yet another type of home ownership for investors.

Location

Known for its ‘small-town America’ vibe. Originally, Celebration was originally the concept of the Walt Disney Company, in the 1990s. Furthermore, Celebration is very close to the Walt Disney World Resort. Plus, it is just a 20-minute drive to Orlando International Airport and a 30-minute drive to Downtown Orlando. The closest beach is Cocoa Beach, which is about an hour’s drive away, on the East Coast.

Downtown Celebration, Events & More…

I consider the Celebration downtown area to be the heartbeat of the community. Evidently it is very popular with residents, and visitors alike. It has many unique shops, together with an assortment of world class restaurants. Celebration is also host to many annual events such as the Exotic Car Festival and the Great American Pie Festival.  Additionally, there is a weekly farmers market. It even ‘snows’ in December, on Market Street! Who knew?

In addition, Celebration is home to Advent Health’s state-of-the-art hospital and fitness center.  Osceola also has a fire station and a library located there too. Residents benefit from many amenities. There are several community pools, tennis courts, basket-ball courts, play areas and parks. Additionally, there are over 26 miles of nature trails and boardwalks to explore.  Celebration encourages community. For our furry residents there is a dog park where they too, can meet new friends. Fancy a game of golf? A beautiful golf course weaves through Celebration. All in all, Celebration is a great place to live!
